Dear sir/ Madam
This is to notify you that I am Ronit Batra of Membership no- 214385 wants to discontinue my gym membership. The reason for the cancellation is that I am shifted to the Connaught place new Delhi due to the transfer in my job and I find Karol bagh to be far away from my home which is very time-consuming. I have joined this membership from 1st Jan 2016 and I can give you one month notice period to process my cancellation request.
