Mr. S.K Kansal,
This is to inform you that I have gone through the attendance of the employee and shortlist the employees amongst them and you are one of the high defaulter as you take leaves without any consent on every second day.
Your senior informed me so, that you don’t even bother to inform any of my co-workers. The work of the company will suffer a lot and this is being continued for two last months and the company bears a huge loss due to this. As we have faced a delay with shipment and our routine samples, the buyer put debit against your account, and the company bears so.
Therefore, you are in a warning period for the coming month. Kindly cooperate with the company, talk to your buyers settled down well with them otherwise you, ll be ousted to the company.
